TILT (Teens in Leadership Training) (ages 13-16)

As a Teen In Leadership Training you get to take things to a whole new level at camp.  Your days will focus on Leadership Training through teambuilding activities, meetings with your TILT team leaders, and hands on experience with the different forms and styles of leadership.  You will get to lead from the front, helping teach campers different activities, and you will assist with leading camp games.  You will learn the importance of leadership behind the scenes by operating the camp store, maintaining the dining facilities after meals, and planning evening firesides.    You will also get to customize your camp experience by picking the activities that you want to do! Whether it is hiking to Big Lyons falls, screaming down the zip line, or rocking it out in the gua gua pit, you make the call.

 Applications for the TILT program should begin with a camper registration form submitted to the camp office and should be accompanied by a 1 page statement on why you would like to participate, along with your full contact information and any previous camper experiences and where.  Applications will be evaluated in part on clarity of communication and thoroughness.  Join the team!
